West Coast Santa Teresa has been operating since May 1, 2000. The leadership team includes KJN Joe Soltis, the Owner and Master Instructor, and KJN Samantha Gonzalez, the Program Director and Lead Little Dragons Instructor. The program's mission is to develop individuals physically, mentally, and spiritually. Master Ernie Reyes, associated with the program, was inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame as Instructor of the Year.
