NorCal Tennis Academy offers tennis lessons, competitive player development, USTA Junior Team Tennis League, tournament training, and adult tennis lessons. The program includes training and preparation for High School tennis, USTA, ITF, and UTR tournaments, as well as college and professional tennis. It also offers summer tennis camps, morning summer camps, year round afternoon clinics, a High School Prep Program, and Junior Team Tennis.

NorCal Tennis Academy has been established since 2003 and began in the fall of 2003 with two clinics in the south San Jose area. Its mission statement is that it specializes in competitive player development of all levels and ages and trains and prepares for High School, USTA, ITF, UTR tournaments, college, and professional tennis. The academy offers a strong focus on 10U and 12U development, an award-winning USTA Team Leagues Program, and an exchange program at Emilio Sanchez Academy in Florida. Team apparel is not for sale and is complimentary for team players who are in the Competitive/Performance Group.
The leadership team includes Thomas Le – Director & Tour Coach; Daniel Tu – Head Junior Competitive Development; Kyle J – Academy Pro Coach; Fernando Costa – Academy Tour Coach; Gaby T. – Academy Coach; Le N – Academy Coach; and Sherlaine T. – Academy Coach. Staff credentials include USPTA Professionals and Elite Professional, PTR, USTA High Performance Coaches, and ITF, WTA, and ITF Tour experienced coaches, including Thomas Le (USPTA, PTR, USTA-HP), Daniel Tu (USPTA, USTA-HP), Kyle J (USPTA, USTA-HP), Fernando Costa (ITF WTA ATP Coach), and Le N (PTR).
NorCal Tennis Academy is a multi-year USTA award-winning academy, with USTA awards including Team Tennis Program of the Year (2015, 2016, 2024), Program of the Year (2017, 2024), and Coach of the Year for coach Tom in 2015. The academy has been selected to coach USTA Northern California National Teams in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2022, and was part of winning the 2017 16s National Level 2 Zonals Title for USTA NorCal, along with dozens of USTA consecutive and multi-team and individual sectional championship titles. The program includes national and sectional ranked players, college players and coaches, and players earning college scholarship offers. On August 27th, 2013, the academy received a commendation from the San Jose City Mayor and Councilman in recognition of its 10th year anniversary.
