NorCal Tennis Academy offers tennis lessons, summer tennis camps, competitive junior development programs, and adult tennis lessons. The program includes USTA Junior Team Tennis League, a USTA Team Leagues Program, a High School Prep Program, and tournament training that covers USTA tournaments, ITF tournaments, and a training program for professional tour players. It also supports players involved in middle and high school tennis, college tennis, and professional tennis, with year-round afternoon clinics and morning summer camps.

NorCal Tennis Academy was established in 2003 and began with two clinics in the south San Jose area in the fall of that year. It received a Commendation from the San Jose City Mayor and Councilman on August 27th, 2013, in recognition of its 10th year anniversary. The academy specializes in competitive player development of all levels and ages and trains and prepares players for high school, USTA, ITF, UTR tournaments, college, and professional tennis.
The leadership team includes Thomas Le as Director & Tour Coach, Daniel Tu as Head Junior Competitive Development, Kyle J as Academy Pro Coach, Fernando Costa as Academy Tour Coach, Gaby T. as Academy Coach, Le N as Academy Coach, and Sherlaine T. as Academy Coach. Staff credentials include Thomas Le (USPTA, PTR, USTA-HP), Daniel Tu (USPTA, USTA-HP), Kyle J (USPTA, USTA-HP), and Le N (PTR), and coaches are described as USPTA Professionals and Elite Professional, USTA High Performance Coaches, and ITF, WTA, and ATP Tour experienced coaches.
NorCal Tennis Academy has a strong focus on 10U and 12U development and offers an exchange program at Emilio Sanchez Academy in Florida. Team apparel such as dry-fit shirts and hoodies is complimentary for team players who are in the Competitive/Performance Group and is not for sale. The academy includes national and sectional ranked players, college players and coaches, and players earning college scholarship offers, and it works with experienced ITF, ATP, and WTA tour coaches and USTA High Performance Coaches.
The academy is a multi-year USTA award-winning academy, with its Team Tennis Program named Program of the Year in 2015, 2016, and 2024, and Program of the Year in 2017 and 2024. Coach Tom received Coach of the Year in 2015. Coaches from the academy were selected for USTA National Events in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2022, and the academy was part of the 2017 16s National Level 2 Zonals Title for USTA NorCal, along with dozens of USTA consecutive and multi-team and individual sectional championship titles.
