South San Jose Youth Soccer League offers a community-based, recreational youth soccer league for ages U6 through U14. The league also has player development pathway and competitive team training opportunities for players who show advanced skills, dedication, and a strong work ethic, and selected players may guest play in up to five competitive games.

South San Jose Youth Soccer League was founded in 1976 and has served South San Jose since then. The league is described as a community-based program serving families across South San Jose and nearby neighborhoods, and its mission is to provide a positive, inclusive, and development-focused soccer experience where players of all skill levels can learn the game, build confidence, and develop strong character.
- Grassroots Coaching Training — ages 4–12 · Coach development initiative for select coaches, focused on building strong foundations for youth players through a fun, safe, and development-centered approach.
