USA Ninja Challenge San Jose offers ninja classes, ninja camps, and ninja parties that use obstacle course activities as part of a year-round obstacle course training program. Kids move through courses that include rings, balance obstacles, tumbling surfaces, cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes, ladders, and warp walls, with each portion of the course paired with conditioning and flexibility stations.
