California Premier League Youth Soccer Programs offers youth soccer through activities such as Spring Futsal League, Spring leagues, Summer leagues, and sanctioned tournaments. The program also runs the Fall 4v4 Little Kickers community league as part of its youth offerings.

As of 2025, the California Premier League Youth Soccer Programs is entering its 19th season, with over 30 teams and more than 400 members. Teams in the program have won numerous club-ranked tournaments and compete in leagues such as CSL and SoCal Soccer League, with several teams qualifying for leagues like CRL and NPL. According to the program, 98% of players entering high school make their local teams, and 95% of graduating players continue their soccer journey at the collegiate level. The organization also hosts three sanctioned tournaments annually, runs a Spring Futsal League, organizes the Fall 4v4 Little Kickers community league, and participates in Spring and Summer leagues. It fields men’s and women’s amateur teams in USL League Two, USLW, NISA Nation, and NISA Pro, and expanded into USL League Two in 2023, with its first professional soccer team debuting in NISA Pro by 2024 and plans to introduce the USL Academy program and debut a USLW team in 2025. The California Premier League states that eligibility is open, non-restrictive, and extends equal opportunity to all youth regardless of race, creed, sex, religious belief, nationality, or social-economic status. The league’s mission states that it believes building strong players begins with a foundation of character and work ethic, emphasizes fundamental techniques and the framework of intelligent team play, and notes that its success relies on the drive, skill, and intelligence of its players and the continuity of its team.
