Sponsored by the San Leandro Adult School since 1952, Broadmoor Preschool Summer Camp is a parent cooperative preschool. It is a member of the California Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools and is involved in the East Bay Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools. The program emphasizes a child-centered approach and includes parent participation as assistant teachers, along with evening parent education classes.
