About

Blessed Feet Studios offers dance classes in a studio setting with annual recitals. The studio is an extension of Summit Church and holds the beliefs and core values of Summit Church. Blessed Feet Studios offers over 40 classes a week and accommodates over 400 students.

• Ages: 2–18 years old

In 2005, founder Cassandra Bair was inspired to combine her love of God, children, and dance into a calling, and in October 2008 she started Blessed Feet Dance as a ministry of Summit Church with 20 students and a handful of classes. Blessed Feet Studios has been a More Than Just Great Dancing affiliated studio since March of 2017 and a YPAD Certified Studio since January of 2020. The studio celebrated its 17th annual recital in June of 2025, with a show titled “Move To It.”

All staff members go through extensive training that includes CPR, First Aid, and a background check, and all teachers are background checked, CPR certified, and YPAD Certified. The leadership team includes Founder and Director Cassandra Bair; Assistant Director, Theatre Director, Teacher and Choreographer Krisann Deauville; Tumble Director, Teacher and Choreographer Damani Roberts; Team Director, Teacher and Choreographer Alisa Meza; and Teachers and Choreographers Andrea Foreman, Kristen Goodrich, Genesis Furrow, Rosie St. John, Sarah McCannPiscopo, Tiara Rawleigh, Hannah Young, Dean Witcher, Casey Flores, Sienna Gasparrelli, and Georgeania Burks.

The studio states that it wants every dancer to feel welcomed and celebrated, with classes that are as fun as they are challenging, and students are placed in age-appropriate classes where fundamentals are taught in what the studio describes as an empowering way. Blessed Feet Studios lists core values of being Age Appropriate, Uplifting, focused on Excellence, and Affordable, and notes that teachers value the child over the performance and “hide the technique in the fun.” The studio describes itself as faith-based, keeping principles found in the Bible close to their hearts and closely following Jesus, and states that it wanted a place where students could learn dance in an environment that honored God in all aspects.

Blessed Feet Studios works alongside Summit Church and participates in performances for special services and holiday productions. The studio has received parent feedback such as, “They’re professional, understanding, and well organized. We have seen a big difference in our daughters focus and character. Looking forward to next semester,” from Marnel H. of San Diego, CA. Matthew S. of Vista, CA shared that “The atmosphere is encouraging and positive, helping to build character and teamwork, instead of fostering negativity and competitive attitudes.” Carmen C. of Carlsbad, CA said, “We love Blessed Feet studios! It’s hard to come across a quality dance studio that offers great rates and has an amazing staff, teachers, and owners. Everyone goes above and beyond for the parents and students.”
