About
Pacific Coast Gymnastics offers the PreK Program for ages 18 months to 4 years old, with obstacle courses and drills introduced to develop mobility, balance, and following instructions. It also offers Girls Recreational Program classes for ages 5-17, Boys Recreational Program classes for ages 5-14, Aerial Arts on Silks, Lyra, and Trapeze, and competitive gymnastics teams for boys and girls.
Programs
- PreK Program — 18 months – 4 years old · Develop mobility, balance, and following instructions through obstacle courses and drills designed intentionally to introduce gymnastics.
- Girls Recreational Program — 5-17 years
- Boys Recreational Program — 5-14 years old
- Aerial Arts — Builds upper body and core strength, kinesthetic awareness, and coordination. Participants learn progressive skills through training on the Silks, Lyra, and Trapeze.
- PCG Competitive Gymnastics Team — Designed to teach physical fitness, body coordination, and competitive level gymnastics aimed at achieving the highest level appropriate for each gymnast.
- Boys Competitive Team Level 4 - Elite — PCG Boys Team was founded in 2009. The team has grown to 20-30 members and has competed locally, as well as at state, regional, and national levels.
- Girls Competitive Team Junior Olympic Level 2-10 & Xcel Bronze through Diamond — Competitive gymnastics offers children and teens an opportunity to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, and work ethic in a structured format.

- General schedule: Recreational classes are offered all year round; class enrollment selects a specific class, day, and time to attend weekly; tuition is billed based on a general schedule of four classes per month.
About the provider
Pacific Coast Gymnastics says it prides itself on offering coaching in a safe, family atmosphere. Staff receive CPR, AED, and First Aid training, along with USA Gymnastics SafeSport certification. The Boys Team was founded in 2009, and the program includes events all year long such as competitions, showcases, flip-a-thons, and National Gymnastics Week.
- Private Parties — Ages 3+ · Children's gymnastics parties with structured gymnastics activities, exciting games, and free play. 2 hours.
Free trial classes: 24 hours from the end of the trial class to enroll and pay; only one free trial class per student; trial classes cannot be rescheduled without manager approval; no makeup classes; tuition is charged via autopay on the first for the upcoming month's classes.
