Pacific Coast Gymnastics

Pacific Coast Gymnastics offers preschool gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, competitive gymnastics teams, and aerial arts, along with structured gymnastics activities, exciting games, and free play. The program also hosts private parties and children's gymnastics parties, as well as events such as competitions, showcases, flip-a-thons, National Gymnastics Week, the Olympic Dreams Showcase, and the Candyland Showcase.

• Ages: 18 months–17 years old
• Schedule: Year-round gymnastics and aerial arts schedules; private parties are 2 hours; recreational gymnastics classes range from 50 minutes to 2 hours

All staff at Pacific Coast Gymnastics receive CPR, AED, and First Aid training and hold USA Gymnastics SafeSport certification. Classes are offered under the guidelines of U.S.A. Gymnastics. The program states that it prides itself in offering the finest coaching in a safe, family atmosphere. A free trial class is available, and a mobile application is offered for enrollment, attendance, booking parties, and more. The program offers preschool gymnastics for ages 18 months–5 years, recreational gymnastics for girls and boys ages 5–17, competitive girls and boys teams, and private parties for ages 3 and up.

Pacific Coast Gymnastics notes community involvement that includes the Carlsbad Thanksgiving Parade 2019 and the Aerial Showcase at TERI Campus of Life in 2025.
