City SC San Marcos offers soccer programming that includes a Spring Break Soccer Camp, a Spring Goalkeeper Clinic, a Summer Goalkeeper Camp, and a Summer Futsal season. The program includes both general soccer activities and specialized goalkeeper training under the City SC San Marcos name.

Community involvement includes a sponsorship from Hollandia Dairy, a “Give Gear. Give Back” effort, and stated goals of giving back to society and uniting a connection between families and the community in creating an unforgettable experience. The club also states community ideas of making the city healthier, happier, and safer, being one club for all, and giving back to society.
