Aerial Dance Marin

Aerial Dance Marin offers aerial dance activities that include silks, lyra, sling, and trapeze. The program also includes an aerial camp with games and performance-focused activities. All levels, including complete beginners, are welcome at the aerial camp.

Owner and instructor Marisa Gregory has over 15 years of aerial experience and education under private instructors and Bay Area schools, as well as trainings with teachers abroad. She has studied rigging and safety with Night Owl Circus and other sources. Her teaching experience includes working with all ages and abilities in circus arts, drama, and yoga. For the past 7 years, she has been operating “Poisnivy Circus,” a modern circus arts company that focuses on aerial and fire dancing. The program’s mission describes aerial dance as an art form with an athletic twist, where students blend grace and style while getting a workout, in a student community that welcomes many ages and skill levels and focuses on learning and growing together.
