Ballet Folklorico

Ballet Folklorico offers activities in Performing Arts and Cultural Studies. Classes are held at Suzie's Studio, where participants can learn about Mexican folklore through dance, customs, and traditions. The program is directed by Netzahualcoyotl Vidal, who studied Mexican Folkloric dance at the Escuela de la Danza Mexicana.

• Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 PM - Kids, 6:00-7:30 PM - Youth, 7:30-9:00 PM - Adult

Netzahualcoyotl Vidal leads the program, bringing his expertise as a Dance Performing Artist and Choreographer. The classes regularly perform around the Bay Area at ethnic dance festivals and schools. The program's mission is to research Mexican folklore and share its dances, customs, and traditions with the world. Additionally, classes are taught in Spanish, as indicated by "Sí, hablamos español!"
