Children’s Ministry Programs

Children’s Ministry Programs include activities such as dinner, games, music, Bible discussions, prayer, stories, arts and crafts, snacks, and age-appropriate stories and activities. Children take part in interactive games and activities, creative group activities and learning projects, outdoor games on the patio and grass areas, and daily “DEVO” Bible video and reflection. The programs also feature devotional times and special guest presentations.

• Ages: 3–11 years old
• Schedule: TLC Kidz meets on the 1st, 3rd, and any 5th Fridays of each month from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Children’s Church is held during the 10:00 am Sunday worship service, and the Summer Bible Camp morning session runs 9:00 am–12:00 pm with an extended program available until 3:00 pm each day.

Adult staff are CPR and First Aid certified and have completed fingerprinting and background checks. TLC Kidz is a youth group for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, and Children’s Church is for students in preschool through 5th grade and is led by various adult volunteers during the 10:00 a.m. Sunday service. Vacation Bible School is offered for grades preschool–5, and students in junior high or high school serve as leaders and helpers in the Summer Bible Camp. The Summer Bible Camp attracts about 125–150 kids from the community. The program uses digital and video resources for reflection, music, and fun while otherwise being disengaged from screens, and staff intentionally build relationships with children so they are seen, heard, and loved. The church states that it exists to make a difference in the community and wants to partner with others to make Marin County a better place to live, work, and play.
