Holiday and other camps include arts & crafts and games, and the program offers day camps, week camps, weekly summer camps, and daily drop ins for summer camps.
• Ages: 0–13 years old
• Schedule: No-School & Holiday Camps run Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, with weekly summer camps and daily drop ins for summer camps starting on June 8th, and upcoming camps in 2026 on May 7 & 8, May 22, May 29, June 1, June 5, and June 11 & 12
GymWorld Gymnastics & Parkour is family-owned and athlete-led, with experienced coaches and instructors who are gymnasts and lifelong multi-sport athletes with years of training, competing, and coaching. The gym has offered kids gymnastics and parkour classes for 25 years and describes itself as a centrally located, safe, supportive “yes space” that feels like a second home and more than a gym, a community. The program offers flexible scheduling, including daytime options for tots, after-school classes for all levels, weekly gymnastics classes, Mommy & Me programs, and supervised, drop-in open gym sessions, and all multi-day camps are also offered on a daily basis, with enrollment available online and new students able to join year-round based on availability.
GymWorld Gymnastics & Parkour states that its mission is to use movement to nurture the whole child physically, mentally, and socially, with a philosophy that effort is celebrated, mistakes are part of learning, and kids are encouraged to push past their comfort zone safely and confidently. The mission describes gymnastics as a foundation sport whose strength, coordination, body awareness, and discipline transfer to other sports and areas of life, and says coaches lead with encouragement and empathy while aiming to foster athletic progress, character development, self-awareness, and a lifelong love of active living for kids ages 0 to 13. The program serves families across Marin County, including San Rafael, Mill Valley, Novato, Corte Madera, Larkspur, Tiburon, and surrounding communities, and describes itself as still buzzing with community events and as stewards of San Rafael’s kids’ gym.
One parent reports that their 4-year-old attends a 10:30am class every Saturday, loves it, and that it is the one consistent activity they do not have to push their child to attend, and also mentions having attended birthday parties at the gym and describes them as fun.
