Kids Mixed Martial Arts introduces children to Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Grappling. The program also includes Conditioning, Sports Performance, and Personal Training within the Kids Mixed Martial Arts structure. Classes are suitable for both beginners and children with prior experience, and a first class free trial is available.
