Marin Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA)

Marin Elite Gymnastics Academy (MEGA) offers gymnastics training in a facility that has been a gymnastics training center for more than 40 years. The program runs a Cartwheel A Thon on March 29th from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The gym maintains a safe and clean environment with top-quality equipment and regular upkeep.

MEGA has been serving Marin families for over 25 years and is a USAG Member Club. Coaches are certified and background checked through USA Gymnastics and stay up to date by attending annual lectures and training. In 2023, longtime owners Donna and Mike transferred ownership to Cassie Bratberg, who had been part of the MEGA team for over a decade as both a team coach and program manager. The program describes itself as a traditional, focused, and safe gymnastics program, and notes that many families return year after year, including bringing back their own children and grandchildren. Testimonials from parents highlight camaraderie among the athletes, enrollment of multiple children in the gym’s programs, and an emphasis on coaching the “whole” athlete.
