U.S. Baseball Academy

U.S. Baseball Academy offers instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, baserunning, and situational baseball games. The program includes competition drills, a Wiffle Ball World Series, and separate pitching sessions, hitting sessions, catching sessions in the winter, and fielding sessions.

Over the last 10 years, U.S. Baseball Academy has served more than a quarter million players. The program is described as the country’s largest network of baseball camps and is organized as a National Program with a Local Touch, with each location using a teaching staff of coaches from the local area. Its mission is to help young players develop solid fundamentals and learn proper techniques at a young age. Camps are described as focusing on skill development in a fun-filled environment and are designed to develop skills in all facets of the game, with drill progressions focused on developing good habits while improving overall baseball skills. Each camp offers sessions covering pitching, hitting, catching in the winter, fielding, and baserunning, and players of all ability levels are described as being challenged with specific skill instruction and drill work.

The teaching staff includes coaches from local areas, along with a national coaching and advisory staff that includes Major League players such as Adam Eaton, Travis Shaw, and Craig Stammen. At U.S. Baseball Academy Spring Training, players learn from some of the area’s top high school and college coaches. The program notes a low player-coach ratio and individual attention in a small-group atmosphere, along with a commitment to quality instruction at an affordable price. Each camp includes prizes for winners, and all participants receive a t-shirt and a camp certificate.

The leadership team includes Senior Vice President Joe Marker, Director of Marketing & Operations Jeffery Lee, Camp Success Team Manager Cody Nelson, and Assistant Camp Success Team Manager Andrea Jolly.
