About
Group Swim Lessons include group swim lessons for children and teens, as well as a Swim Workshop with Coach Claire for more experienced swimmers. The Swim Workshop with Coach Claire is for participants who are confident in the fundamentals of swimming and can swim up to 25 meters using any stroke, and it focuses on improving stroke efficiency, increasing endurance, and working toward personal swimming goals. Parent and guardian must be present on deck for the entire duration of their child’s swim lesson, and swim diapers are required for children who are not potty trained.
