East West Kung Fu offers Youth Kung Fu, Adult Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Self-Defense Seminars. Youth Kung Fu starts at age 4, and Adult Kung Fu is for ages 18 and older.

About the provider

East West Kung Fu was founded in 1967. The site says its mission is to improve lives through the benefits of Bok Fu Do training for men, women, and children of all backgrounds and fitness levels. It also says the school has an instructor staff of over 40 certified World Class Black Belts and that it teaches the Bok Fu Do system.

There is no prior martial arts experience required to enroll. Enrolling begins with a complimentary private introductory lesson. The school is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
