Black Tiger Taekwondo offers Tae Kwon Do training that includes sparring, board breaking, and dynamic kicking. Children practice traditional martial arts techniques along with these additional dynamic components as part of their physical and mental development.

The Little Tigers program at Black Tiger Taekwondo is designed to match the developmental needs of 5–7-year-old children, with learning presented as a fun, interesting adventure. Instructors in the Little Tigers program focus on helping children build coordination, concentration, attention, and balance. Children’s classes teach Taekwondo techniques along with specific lessons on how to use them in safe and appropriate ways. The Kids & Juniors program focuses on teaching children martial arts in a way that emphasizes a healthy body and mind, including sparring, board breaking, dynamic kicking, and physical and mental development. The program states a mission that Tae Kwon Do is more than just a martial art and describes it as a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, with training that teaches discipline, focus, and respect while developing physical strength, flexibility, and coordination and cultivating a positive mindset.
