Black Tiger Taekwondo offers Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts training that includes sparring, board breaking, and dynamic kicking. The program includes children’s classes that teach Taekwondo techniques along with lessons on how to use them in safe and appropriate ways. It also offers a Little Tigers program and a Kids & Juniors program that include traditional martial arts and additional dynamic components such as sparring, board breaking, and dynamic kicking.

The Little Tigers program is designed to match the developmental needs of 5–7-year-old children, and learning is presented as a fun, interesting adventure. Instructors in this program work with children on coordination, concentration, attention, and balance. The Kids & Juniors program focuses on teaching children martial arts in a way that emphasizes a healthy body and mind, and includes physical and mental development along with traditional techniques. The school identifies six principles as part of its approach: Respect, Self-Discipline, Focus, Confidence, Safety, and Leadership. A free trial class is offered with the option to “Try a Free Class Today.” The program’s stated mission is that Tae Kwon Do is more than just a martial art and is described as a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, with training that teaches discipline, focus, and respect while developing physical strength, flexibility, coordination, and a positive mindset.
