For The Children – Royal Family KIDS Camp and Mentoring Programs offers five-day camps and ongoing mentoring programs for children who have experienced relational trauma and are specifically affected by foster care. The programs focus on trauma-informed care and include dependable, monthly contact with the same, safe adults as a feature of the mentoring programs. The organization uses a rigorous screening process for volunteers and follows rigorous safety standards for the protection and well-being of every child in the programs.

For The Children is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to mobilize the local Church to create life-changing moments for children who have experienced relational trauma. Ministry began in 1985. For The Children mobilizes and equips churches in 44 states and in 10 countries to host Royal Family KIDS Camp and Mentoring programs, with over 200 chapters across the US and globe. Bridge to Belonging equips churches to become safe, trauma-informed havens for vulnerable children and their families and provides training and ready-to-use lesson plans.
