California Learning Center offers academic tutoring, test preparation for the ACT, SAT, PSAT, and AP exams, college counseling, and supervised test proctoring. It also offers Heartland Programs for students ages 6 and up, with individual tutoring at the center or through Zoom and test prep for the SAT, AP, GED, and HISET under a 12-hour weekly limit.

About the provider
California Learning Center has been in Santa Barbara since 1984 and has operated for 40+ years. Wendi Ostroff has been the owner/director since 2013. The program is based on meeting the individual needs of every student and serves students from San Luis Obispo to Ventura, including Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, Carpinteria, Summerland, and the Santa Ynez Valley. It also tutors students across the USA and internationally via Zoom.
Heartland students have a 12-hour limit per week. Test prep and more also available with the same 12-hour per week limit.
