Kathy’s Music & Movement

Kathy’s Music & Movement offers Music & Movement Classes and Instrumental Play Classes. It also includes BeBop Babies, Toddler Tumble Tunes, Piccolo Musicians, Play-Full Piano 1, 2 & 3, Music & Art in Motion, Family Music Time, Family Drum Circle, and Strum n’ Fun Family Ukulele. Summer Camps run as half-day camps Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM or 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, and birthday parties are hosted at the SB studio or at your location.

About the provider

For 27+ years, families have trusted the program, and Kathy has over 27 years of experience teaching young children. The leadership team includes Kathy Hayden, Ben Gerstein, Alondra Macario, Cuyler Ortiz, and Alyson Miller. Kathy Hayden holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies/Psychology and a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential. The mission is to bring joy, comfort and community to young children and their caregivers through song, movement, and hands-on instrument play.

New to Kathy’s Music & Movement: your first class is FREE. The 7-Week Fall Session says make up classes are allowed in the session. Siblings receive 10% off the lesser-priced class when enrolling. Camps offer 10% discounts with code MUSIC for a second camp or second child in the same camp. Drop-in classes and camp drop-in days are mentioned. Some classes are for children with an adult nearby; some are drop-off style preschool/TK/elementary instrument programs. If a class is full, email for the waiting list.
