Kathy’s Music & Movement states that its mission is to bring joy, comfort and community to young children and their caregivers through song, movement, and hands-on instrument play. The program uses a research-based curriculum in its Music & Movement classes, includes multicultural music, and offers dynamic indoor-outdoor music camps with small groups and personalized attention. Campers explore outdoor green spaces, and Big Kids Instrument Play classes for ages 5–8 years are kept small, with about 4–5 children per class. Families can sign up for a newsletter to hear about new classes, camps, and events, and birthday parties include singing, instruments, drums, a parachute, and engaging games.
