Santa Barbara Youth Football League fields 6 to 8 teams in 6 divisions for youth ages 6 to 14. Divisions are assigned based on age and league guidelines, and new players must provide a birth certificate or passport. After registration, a physical form completed and stamped, valid through November 2026, and a completed player application are required.

About the provider
Santa Barbara Youth Football League was founded in 1971. Its mission is to teach youth the values of commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, endurance, physical conditioning, leadership, and a winning spirit. In the last 50 years, about 20,000 players have played in the league, competing alongside teams from El Rio, Carpinteria, the Santa Ynez Valley, and Southern Santa Barbara County.
You do not register for a division. Divisions are assigned based on age and league guidelines.
