The REEF Summer's Cool @ the REEF

The REEF Summer's Cool @ the REEF is a summer camp for ages 9 to 12. It includes Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math activities, plus the REEF teaching aquarium, the beach, an outdoor learning classroom, and touch tanks, with all interactions closely supervised by trained staff. The program runs Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and costs a flat $425.

About the provider

The REEF is the Research Experience & Education Facility, an interactive aquarium designed to provide visitors with an unparalleled view of our ocean planet. The source names REEF Director Scott Simon and says the program uses a team of UCSB scientists and undergraduates.

Parent/guardian must download and sign waivers (Liability, Consent to Treat, and Photo Release) to confirm registration. Campers will not be able to participate without these forms. Registrations are open. Refund requests must be emailed to MSI Outreach. Masks are optional for classes.
