United Studios of Self Defense - Santa Barbara Youth Program offers teen and tween martial arts, practical self-defense, and anti-bullying strategies. It also includes flexible scheduling around homework, sports, and family calendars, along with leadership skills, focus, and mental resilience.

Programs

• Youth Program — Grades 7–9 · Teen & tween martial arts; practical self-defense and anti-bullying strategies; flexible scheduling around homework, sports, and family calendars; leadership skills, focus, and mental resilience.
• Kids Karate — Grades 1–6 · Confidence, self defense, and a way to stay active; progressing at their own pace with personalized attention.
• Adult Program — Any age, profession, fitness level · Real self-defense, core strength, and stress relief; techniques adjusted to physical ability and goals.

• Facility hours: Monday – Thursday 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm; Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm; Saturday – Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
