Interstellar Gymnastics

Interstellar Gymnastics offers Parent Tot for ages 1 to 3, where toddlers and a grown-up move together through rolling, hanging, climbing, and balancing in a safe, playful circuit. It also offers Tumble Tots for ages 3 to 4, with shapes, rolls, jumps, and beam work without a grown-up on the floor, plus Beginner Gymnastics for ages 6 to 12 with cartwheels, rolls, bar work, and safe landings on every event.

• Tumble Tots — 3 to 4 · $149–$249 per month · A preschooler's first independent class: shapes, rolls, jumps and beam work without a grown-up on the floor.
• Kinder Stars — 5 to 6 · $169–$285 per month · Kindergarten-age gymnasts work all four events and build the strength that leads into Beginner.
• Beginner Gymnastics — 6 to 12 · $169–$285 per month · The starting point for school-age gymnasts: cartwheels, rolls, bar work and safe landings on every event.
• Beginner 10 Plus — 10 and up · $169–$285 per month · A beginner class built for older kids who want to start gymnastics with peers their own age.
• Intermediate Gymnastics — 6 to 12 · $169–$285 per month · Connected skills and real technique work for gymnasts who have their beginner fundamentals down.
• Advanced Gymnastics — 6 to 12 · $229–$329 per month · An 85 minute high-skill class for experienced gymnasts training series tumbling and full event routines.
• Little Ninjas — 5 to 6 · $149–$249 per month · Obstacle course fundamentals: climbing, swinging, vaulting and landing safely, with plenty of falling and trying again.
• Ninjas — 7 to 11 · $169–$285 per month · Full ninja warrior training for school-age athletes: laches, warped wall, precision jumps and conditioning.
• Master Ninjas — 7 to 11 · $169–$285 per month · The next level for our youngest ninjas who have outgrown the beginner obstacle course.
• Tramp & Tumble — 6 to 14 · $169–$285 per month · Trampoline and rod floor training for air awareness, power and clean landings.
• Teen Class — 13 to 17 · $169–$285 per month · Gymnastics for teenagers at any level, from total beginners to athletes cross-training for another sport.

About the provider

The program’s philosophy is stated as “every kid, every level,” with strength, balance, agility, endurance, and flexibility taught through fun and drilled with real fundamentals. Coach Nate is a certified coach and a certified judge, and he coached at Stanford Gymnastics.

Every new student gets a free trial class, any age, any level. Preteam is invite only. Boys Team is invite only. Annual registration fee: $69 per year.
