Neighborhood Christian Center

Neighborhood Christian Center offers Infant Center care for children ages 6 weeks to 24 months, with sensory play and developmentally appropriate experiences. It also offers Preschool for children ages 2 to 4 years, with music and movement, creative art, early literacy, Bible stories, and hands-on learning centers. Its Pre-Kindergarten, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten program for ages 4 to 5 years includes small group learning, purposeful play, hands-on enrichment, and teacher-guided instruction in literacy, math, and critical thinking.

• Preschool — 2 - 4 Years · Nurtures the whole child through joyful discovery and emergent learning, including music & movement, creative art, early literacy, Bible stories, and hands-on learning centers.
• Pre-Kindergarten / Transitional Kindergarten / Kindergarten — 4 - 5 Years · Focuses on early academics, small group learning, purposeful play, hands-on enrichment, and teacher-guided instruction in literacy, math, and critical thinking.

About the provider

Neighborhood Christian Center has served families since 1981. It is recognized by Valley Christian School as an "Exemplary Preschool." Its mission is to embrace individuality in a natural, developmentally appropriate play based environment and to nurture the whole child through wonder and discovery.

Currently enrolling children ages 6 weeks old through entering 1st grade. Parents are not required to subscribe to any statement of faith or make a profession of faith, but must cooperate with and respect the school's religious mission, values, religious education and philosophy. Enrollment or continued enrollment may be denied if parents are not willing to support those expectations. All visitors must pre-register.
