Santa Clara Rush employs talented full-time and part-time coaching staff with vast experience in youth soccer across the United States and the world. The club began as a one-team program in 2019 and quickly added multiple competitive teams, and it also began as a one-team club in 2022 and grew to 14 competitive teams within a year. Its mission states that it uses a player-centered approach, a national-level program, and elite-level coaching to create a positive playing and learning environment that supports long-term player development and personal growth, and that it strives to provide what it describes as the highest quality soccer training and development in America.
