Holiday Camps at Hugo's Gymfitness offers activities that include trampolines, a rock climbing wall, a foam pit area, craft projects, free play, and group games. Campers have a water activity every Friday around 11:15am, and there is also a Parents Night Out event that features freeplay, dinner, and a movie.
• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: Half day option from 9am–12pm and full day option from 9am–3pm, with snack and lunch breaks and a weekly Friday water activity
• Price: Half Day - $50 (9am–12pm); Full Day - $80 (9am–3pm); 10% discount for full week (Monday–Friday) enrollment; Sibling Discount/Service Member discount not applied to camp
During camp, students have 25-minute instructed sessions of each program at Hugo's, with rotations that include trampolines, the rock climbing wall, and the foam pit area. Full day campers can choose which program they want to focus on for the second half of the day. A Parents Night Out special event on December 20, 2025, allows parents to drop off kids for freeplay, dinner, and a movie, and membership is not required for this event.
The program asks each student to bring a personal water bottle. Half day campers bring a snack in a lunch box, and full day campers bring a snack and lunch in a lunch box. Any Epi-Pens must be left at the front desk at drop off and picked up at the end of each day. For Friday enrollments, all students need to bring a bathing suit, a towel, and sandals if they want to take part in the water activity. The program asks that students do not bring iPads, phones, toys, or devices such as Fit Bit or Apple Watch.
Holiday Camps at Hugo's Gymfitness takes place in a state-of-the-art facility that offers a full range of activities and programs in a safe, positive, and clean environment, and the rockwall area is used for parent pick up. Gymnastics is used as a foundation to all sports, and programs are designed according to age and abilities. The goal stated by the program is to create the “Habit of Exercise” in each child and to give them skills, education, and empowerment toward a healthier, longer, and more enjoyable life.
The camp is led by Hugo Cherre, who is the owner, coach, judge, and private trainer, with over 45 years of experience coaching and 37 years of coaching in the Santa Clarita Valley. Hugo is proud to have served the SCV community for the last 37 years. Hugo’s GymFitness is in its 15th anniversary and has been consistently voted #1 in the Santa Clarita Valley, including being voted “The Best in the Santa Clarita Valley” for 9 years in a row and consistently voted #1 for the past 10 years.
Parent testimonials describe coaches as nice and friendly and mention that children look forward to their weekly classes and birthday parties at the gym.
