The Foundation Dance Complex offers classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Pointe, Hip Hop, Hip Hop Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, Musical Theater, Parent & Me Toddler Classes, Toddler Ballet, Tap & Tumbling, and Tumbling & Acro. Tumbling & Acro classes are tailored for dancers of all levels, from basic rolls to advanced tricks in a safe, supportive environment. Parent & Me toddler classes are presented as a movement-based bonding experience for young children and their caregivers.

The leadership and staff team includes Lindsey Fletcher Vicars (Co-Founder & Artistic Director), Phil Vicars (Co-Founder & Executive Director), Celena Byrd Johnson (Dance Instructor), Le’Jeune Fletcher (Dance Instructor), Madison Goodwin (Dance Instructor), Sarah Caudieux (Dance Instructor), and Theresa Riedmiller (Studio Manager). The Foundation Dance Complex also takes part in community activities such as local events, school outreach programs, and performances.
