The ONE TaeKwonDo

The ONE TaeKwonDo offers Little Tigers for children ages 3 to 6. It also offers a structured traditional program for children ages 7 and up and teens, plus an Adult & Teen class that focuses on Forms, Self Defense, Breaking, Sparring, and Knowledge. Family classes are available for ages 7 and up, and summer camp is now enrolling for June 15th through August 7th with daily TaeKwonDo lessons, weekly field trips, special guest instructors, gymnastics lessons, and martial art weapon training.
