Dance & Movement

Dance & Movement offers BASICS Hip Hop & Zumba for beginners or those new to dance, as well as cardio dance fitness, pilates, barre, Cardio Hip Hop & Zumba, Samba, Tropical Fusion, Latin Spice, Cardio Funk, Inspire Dance, Core Foundations, and Barre Fusion. The program also lists classes with diverse dance styles and infectious music, more choreography and full dance routines, and fitness-based classes focused on core strength and movement.

All classes serve as places where people can feel safe, supported, and included while having FUN! No previous yoga, meditation or singing experience is necessary to participate in Kirtan. All Voices Welcomed - No one turned away due to financial hardship. Beach Yoga is offered year round, weather permitting, and the live schedule should be checked for updates or cancellations due to weather.
