About
Santa Cruz Gymnastics Center Camps offer a Summer Gymnastics Camp that includes learning gymnastics and playing games. Campers take part in themed activities such as beach and ocean themed activities, swinging like a monkey, slithering like a snake, and embodying favorite animals through gymnastics. Additional themes include journeys through magical lands of gymnastics skills, fluttering like a butterfly, buzzing like a bee, crawling like a caterpillar, celebrating patriotic pride, stomping and roaring like a dinosaur, showing off super powers with new feats of strength, blasting off on an out of this world adventure, and stepping into the world of science with experiments inside and outside the gym.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Weekly summer camps with full day (9:00am–3:00pm) and half day (9:00am–12:00pm) options in June and July
• Price: Member Fee: Full Day Camp: $400.00; Half Day Camp: $200.00. Non Member Fee: Full Day Camp: $450.00; Half Day Camp: $225.00.
Summer Camps are offered in weekly sessions from Summer Camp Week #1 (June 1–5) through Summer Camp Week #9 (July 27–31), with no camp on July 4 during Week #5. Registration for summer camp 2026 begins in February 2026, and campers must be at least 5 years old to enroll, with no exceptions. There is no extended care available, and fees show the non-member rate, with member fees adjusted before the credit card is processed, and no refunds after specified dates for each camp week.
Santa Cruz Gymnastics Center also offers toddler classes, preschool classes, recreational classes, holiday camps, birthday parties, adult open gym, and competitive teams. During the summer months of June and July, enrolled students can attend extra makeup classes and as many makeup classes as they would like, and recreational students can participate in “challenges of the month,” with the shape of the month for July listed as Mad Cat. The program states that its mission is to build a community of people that support each other’s growth, learning, safety, and development through a shared love of gymnastics and fun.
Parent testimonials describe experiences with classes at Santa Cruz Gymnastics Center. One grandparent reports that a 4-year-old grandson’s physical confidence changed over two months of “patient nurturing instruction,” noting that he began learning routines and following instructions. Another parent states that Santa Cruz Gymnastics has been “awesome” for two daughters and describes coaches as “so sweet” and playful with younger children. Additional comments mention instructors who are kind, attentive, and professional, with one parent giving a special shout out to an instructor named Alex, and another parent describing a 4-year-old son in the Rising Stars program as “having the best time,” with teachers described as patient and effective.
