Everyone's Music School offers music lessons, a community choir, free group music lessons, and community music classes. The program also offers online music school options and other forms of music education.

Everyone's Music School is an online music school as well as a physical school. The program describes its teaching method as “Compassionate and Progressive Music Instruction” (CPMI) and focuses on accessibility for neurodivergent individuals or those who struggle in traditional learning settings. It has three locations in Santa Cruz County and provides employment opportunities to a diverse group of artists and educators in Santa Cruz County.

The program offers a free screening lesson that can be taken online or in person. It runs a fundraiser for accessible music lessons and has a grand total fundraising goal of $56,534. Everyone’s Music School has a BIPOC Scholarship fund to pay tuition for BIPOC students who opt in, and it offers community music classes that are free to the public with BIPOC priority.

Community choir is free for existing students, sliding scale or donation based for the public, and free for Tannery Residents. Everyone’s Music School is providing accessible music lessons to the community, including a community choir, free group music lessons, a BIPOC Scholarship fund, and community music classes that are free to the public with BIPOC priority. The founder has been part of organizing efforts to help increase racial diversity and BIPOC visibility in Santa Cruz County, especially within the Black community.

Everyone’s Music School states that it offers award winning music lessons. The leadership team includes Thomas Sage Pedersen (Founder/CEO/Instructor), Genoa Brown (Co-Owner/Creative Director/Instructor), Skye Braunhut (Instructor), and Trianna Feruza (Instructor). Thomas Sage Pedersen previously worked as a mental health counselor/med aide. The program’s mission statement is that it was founded on the idea that music can create positive and lasting change in people’s lives, and that its mission is to create positive and lasting change in people’s lives.
