Lizzy's Volleyball and Adventure includes activities such as beach volleyball, youth and adult beach volleyball, swimming, volleyball, field sports, bocce ball, frisbee, beach games, river tubing, creek walking, skipping rocks, disc golf, slacklining, bowling, miniature golf, climbing at Pacific Edge, basketball, tennis, kayaking, and a variety of themed camps including Animal Camp, Ancient Time Travelers Camp, and several science camps such as Fun with Physics and Blood, Guts, and Bones. Lizzy's Volleyball is offered in spring, summer, and fall through Santa Cruz Parks and Rec, including 5-week classes from March–April, April–May, September–October, and October–November. Spring and fall afterschool classes include Tuesday afternoon Youth Beach Volleyball for ages 8–11 and Wednesday afternoon Youth Beach Volleyball for ages 6–8. Summer 2025 Beach Volleyball “Fun in the Sun Beach Volleyball Drills, Skills, and Techniques” is scheduled Monday–Thursday mornings during the weeks of June 9, 16, and 23 and July 28. Summer 2025 Adventure Sports is offered from 10:00–2:00 Monday–Thursday, and camps are also offered Monday–Friday during summer, winter, and spring break for grades 2–5.
Lizzy's small sports camps are offered for children ages 6–9 and 10–13, and Science and History camps for ages 6–9 are offered through Santa Cruz Parks and Rec. Ancient Time Travelers Camp includes activities related to ancient Egyptian, Roman, Greek, Indian, Chinese, and other ancient times with costumes, food, art projects, myths and legends, market trading, and games. Animal Camp focuses on animal care, behavior, and habitats. Fun with Physics includes activities that explain laws that govern the universe, and Blood, Guts, and Bones explores the human body through experiments and models. Main Beach No Attitudes Volleyball Tournaments are described as for non-rated intermediate players who want to challenge themselves and support others. Private beach volleyball lessons are offered to individuals or small groups in July, and a private camp option is available for a child and a group of friends. She coaches beginning and intermediate beach volleyball to youth, teens, and adults and offers private lessons, and she notes that she and Phil Kaplan have been working together to provide classes for beginning players. The program has been offering Adventure Sports Summer Camp experiences for kids ages 7–12 for over 10 years.
