Santa Cruz Mid-County Youth Soccer Club offers youth recreational soccer, youth competitive soccer, and player training and workshops. The program also runs coaching training and workshops and referee development training and workshops.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: U6 teams practice for 1 hour once a week and have a 1 hour game each Saturday; U8 to U15 teams practice for 1 hour two times a week and have a 1 hour game each Saturday.

Santa Cruz Mid-County Youth Soccer Club is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. It offers soccer for youth boys and girls ages 4 thru 19 at the recreational or competitive level, with over 600 players in the recreation league and over 300 players on competitive “Surf” teams, serving over 900 youth total. The club states that its primary goal is to promote self-esteem, confidence, good sportsmanship, respect, leadership and team-building skills all through playing soccer. It serves the Santa Cruz Mid-County region and beyond and is one of the original youth soccer organizations in Santa Cruz County. The club is celebrating 39 years of serving the Santa Cruz Mid-County region and beyond since 1987. For the 2026/27 recreation fall season, key dates include April 1 for recreation registration opening, July 27 for the coaches meeting, August 3 for practices starting, August 22 for the first game, September 12 for pictures, and October 31 for the last game. Coaches choose practice location, day, and time, and age cut offs have been changed back to school year.
