KenpoXena offers a 6-Week Self-Defense Bootcamp for ages 12 and up. The bootcamp is a coed class, and each week focuses on an aspect of self-defense. It is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

About the provider
Dai Phipps began her martial arts journey in 1997. She has been a black belt since 2002 and was inducted into the Masters Hall of Fame in 2006 and the Academy of Masters in 2007.
KenpoXena seminars can be tailored to fit anyone's needs. Classes at Finley Center have an age requirement of 12 years. Previous self-defense training is not a requirement. Kenpo concepts and basics are utilized but not the focus during self-defense seminars.
