About
KenpoXena offers self-defense and martial arts instruction that includes a 6-week Self-Defense Bootcamp, Karate for Women, Self-Defense for Women, and private instruction. The program teaches defenses against all ranges throughout the system and uses some Kenpo concepts and basics, though these are not the focus during self-defense seminars. Each week, the class focuses on a specific aspect of self-defense for participants to explore and practice.
