Private Baseball Training offers a variety of activities including hitting lessons, catching lessons, defense lessons, speed and agility training, position specific strength training, fielding fundamentals, and advanced infield work. The program takes place at Apex Athletics, providing a comprehensive indoor sporting facility for athletes.
• Price: $80 for 60 mins (hitting, catching, defense lessons), $45 for 1-on-1 speed and agility training, $155 for team session (up to 12 athletes), $35 each for small group position specific strength training (3 player min., 6 max.), $100 for 60 mins private hitting lesson

The program is led by Katie Rohrer, a former collegiate softball player and experienced coach, and Gabe Gelsman, the Baseball Head Coach and Lead Trainer. Their mission is to support athletes of all ages and skill levels across Sonoma County with a top-tier, all-in-one indoor training destination.
