About
Brüjitsu Grappling Club offers wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and grappling training that includes takedowns, submissions, gi training, no-gi training, and open mat sessions. The program combines wrestling’s takedowns, control, and explosiveness with jiu-jitsu for submissions, ground control, and transitions, with an emphasis on explaining the “why” behind each movement. Training is described as fitness combined with fun, with a positive, welcoming, and laid-back environment that also focuses on muscle building, mobility, flexibility, and speed, strength, and power development, with a “train first, beer after” approach for participants who choose to stay after training.
