RISE Flag Football offers flag football for K–2, 3–4, 5–6, 7–8, and Girls Only High School divisions. The season runs from January through March, with games on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For 5–6, practice is at 1:00 PM and the game is at 2:00 PM.

About the provider
The program is led by Michael Avila, League Director. Its mission states that it is a developmental youth league on the Central Coast rooted in a culture of family and community, and that it focuses on teaching life lessons through sport, sportsmanship, effort, work ethic, discipline, and respect for one another. It also says the program invites athletes to be part of the RISE FAMILY, get active, have fun, and make new friends while learning the game and growing every season.
