TOTAL Programs offers Functional Behavior Assessment, Functional Analysis Assessment, and Behavior Intervention services. The program also provides Early Intensive Behavior Intervention, Adaptive Skills Training, Behavior Respite, Community Integration, and School Support Services. TOTAL Programs includes ABA Professional Workshops as part of its services.

For more than two decades, TOTAL Programs has been helping create a more successful educational environment for special needs children and young adults. Under the direction of Dr. Sean Surfas, TOTAL Programs’ skilled staff provide family, educational, and behavioral supports at home, at school, and in the community. The program uses Applied Behavior Analysis to create customized programs that meet each client’s special needs from infancy to adulthood and offers both Behavior Services and School Services.
TOTAL Programs’ mission is to help individuals with Autism or other developmental disabilities and their families build stronger, more positive relationships at home, at school, and in the community. The program offers workshops and training for parents, professionals, and teachers and serves a diverse population, including culturally and linguistically diverse populations. TOTAL Programs is committed to developing an inclusive and equitable organizational culture, attempts to hire staff who match the cultural and language needs of the family, and provides staff training in ethics and diversity. Staff are from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and receive ongoing cultural education in awareness, humility, and sensitivity, and the program accommodates session schedules for culture-based holidays at family request. TOTAL Programs is nondiscriminatory in accepting client referrals, serves regional centers and schools across Southern California, and serves numerous cities including La Puente.
TOTAL Programs supports clients with a team of funding experts, works with several major health insurance networks and Regional Centers, and accepts private payment. The program provides translation, interpretation, and closed-caption services upon request at 626-355-5160 and offers a Parent Portal and Staff Login.
