The Vivid Canvas Art Studio

The Vivid Canvas Art Studio offers the Drawing/Pastel Basics Program for ages 6 and up, the Drawing Program for ages 10 and up, the Watercolor Program, the Acrylics Program, the Oils Program, and a Digital Program coming soon. The Drawing Program uses graphite, pastel, charcoal, and pen and ink, and all pieces begin with a strong drawing. The Acrylics Program can start with a drawing or begin simply or with more complexity, depending on the student's needs.

Programs

• Drawing/Pastel Basics Program — Ages 6 and up
• Drawing Program — Ages 10 and up · Adapts to the student's skill level from beginner to experienced. Uses various mediums, including graphite, pastel, charcoal, pen and ink, and all pieces begin with a strong drawing.
• Watercolor Program
• Acrylics Program — Once drawing skills are established, this program offers a new challenge. Starting off with a drawing is optional, and the program can start off as simple or complex as the student's needs are.
• Oils Program — Teaches students various techniques of how to use and apply oil paint after strong painting abilities with acrylics are established.
• Digital Program — Announced as coming soon; a comprehensive digital program offering a variety of courses tailored to all skill levels.

About the provider

Carly Jaffe is the proud owner and teacher, and Dana is an art instructor. Carly Jaffe purchased the company in August 2019 and rebranded it as The Vivid Canvas. The studio has approximately 140 students, and its mission is to inspire and empower through art education.

Tuition is paid in full for the whole month by the first lesson of each month. If tuition is paid before the 1st of the month, there is an early tuition discount. Tuition is considered late after the 15th of the month and is subject to a $10 late fee. No refund for missed classes. Accepted payments include cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo. Charter School pricing is different and requires a separate price list.
