Strike One Baseball Academy offers youth baseball camps along with individual and group baseball instruction, including hitting lessons, pitching lessons, catcher lessons, infield lessons, infield/outfield lessons, and team lessons. The program also offers strength/training classes, an arm strengthening class, an arm rehab/development class, a strength & conditioning class, base running/conditioning, defense catching lessons, and footwork/agility/baseball strategy lessons. Youth baseball camps are hosted by professional coaches from Strike One Baseball Academy and are for all ages and skill levels.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Youth baseball camps run as 1 to 5 day camps from 9am to 1pm.
• Price: 35 minute Pitching Lessons: 1 lesson – $55; 5 lessons – $265 ($53 per lesson); 10 lessons – $495 ($49.50 per lesson). 35 minute Hitting Lessons: 1 lesson – $55; 5 lessons – $265 ($53 per lesson); 10 lessons – $495 ($49.50 per lesson). 30 minute Defense Catching Lessons: $55 per lesson. Infield/Outfield: $50 per lesson. Footwork/Agility/Baseball Strategy: $55 per lesson. 75 minute Team Lessons: 75 minutes at $20 per player, $240 maximum per team, with a 5 player minimum and 20 player maximum.

Baseball lessons at Strike One Baseball Academy are delivered by a professional coaching staff with 25+ years of experience, and the professional coaching staff has over 75+ years of baseball experience. All hitting lessons are 1 on 1 with a professional hitting instructor and include a slo-mo video analysis of the player's swing. The academy states that it teaches to the individual and sets a baseline for each student based on their first lesson, and that it teaches “absolutes” rather than a specific style.
