Strike One Baseball Academy

Strike One Baseball Academy offers 1-on-1 hitting lessons with a professional hitting instructor and slo-mo video analysis of the player's swing. It also offers private pitching lessons with professional coaches that are 30 minutes long, 30-minute defense catching lessons, 75-minute team lessons with 2-3 coaches and 2+ training stations, and strength and training classes that include arm strengthening, arm rehab/development, strength & conditioning, and weekly base running/conditioning.

Programs

• Hitting Lessons — All lessons are 1 on 1 with a professional hitting instructor and include slo-mo video analysis of the player's swing.
• Pitching Lessons — Private lessons with professional coaches; 30 minutes in length.
• Strength/Training Classes — Multiple strength/training classes, including arm strengthening, arm rehab/development, strength & conditioning, and weekly base running/conditioning.
• Defense Catching Lessons — 30 minute defense catching lessons. Infield/Outfield, Footwork/Agility, and Baseball Strategy are listed.
• Team Lessons — 75 minute team lessons with 2-3 coaches, 2+ training stations, base running, and infield work; 5 player minimum.

About the provider

The program serves ages 5-18 and works with all ages and skill levels. Its coaching staff has 25+ years of experience, over 75+ years of baseball experience, and over 10 years of experience working with college and professional athletes. The mission is to develop ballplayers on both a physical and mental level, tailor instruction to each student, teach the individual, provide a positive and fun atmosphere, and help players develop confidence and proper mechanics.

All lessons are 30 minutes in length unless otherwise stated. Lessons are one on one unless otherwise stated. Team lessons have a 5 player minimum and 20 player maximum. The academy works with all ages and skill levels. Contact us for availability and pricing.
