The Mid County Basketball League offers 2026-27 basketball for boys and girls in K-8th grade. The program includes 2 clinics, 7 games or practices, a T-shirt, and a basketball. Clinics are on Nov. 15 and 22, and games are scheduled for Dec. 6, 13, 20, Jan. 3, 10, 17, and 24, with a 20-minute practice before each game.

About the provider
The program’s mission is to introduce boys and girls to basic offensive and defensive fundamentals while fostering enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude for basketball. All practices are organized by the Soquel HS coaching staff and facilitated by Soquel HS and local college athletes and coaches. The format also includes relationships between high school athletes and young people in the community, while allowing the athletes to give back to the community.
