Tiny Spotlight describes itself as a theatre school unlike any other and as the San Fernando Valley’s most exciting and creative children’s theatre academy. Its stated goal is to introduce kids to the fundamentals of theatre and acting technique through fun-filled classes in a real theatre setting, while encouraging social skills, collaboration, and creativity. The program states that its focus is not to create the next big star and that the lessons taught are intended to have a positive impact beyond the theatre. Tiny Spotlight also offers in-home classes at a location of the family’s choice and birthday parties in parks, backyards, or living rooms, as well as a brand-new Summer Theatre Camp for Kids.
