One parent, Madelyn Quinol-Webster, an athletic director at Notre-Dame Elementary, brought her son, a baseball player, to F.A.S.T. School to work on straight-line speed, lateral movement, and agility, and later created a custom program for her students through F.A.S.T. School. Another parent, Sunil Parekh, enrolled his son, a football player, to work on fundamental movement skills at a young age, and over more than a year has seen changes in his son’s running technique, footwork, and agility.
