Silicon Valley Fencing Center Programs offer fencing through an Introductory Class, a Beginners' Fundamentals class, an Intermediate program, and an Advanced Competitive program. The programs also include private lessons for students who want one-on-one instruction. Training takes place on 10 fencing strips with electronic scoring systems and uses a gymnasium-style sports floor.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Weekday and Saturday class options, with weekday hours from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm and Saturday hours from 8:45 am to 7:00 pm
The coaching staff includes Oleksii Muruhin, Yuliya Muruhin, Vil Nagimov, Andrej Raisch, Nastia Churkova, Lucia Procopio, and Wing Hei Chu (Ziv). Oleksii Muruhin has been involved in fencing for more than 25 years, is a former Ukrainian National Champion and a member of the Ukrainian National Fencing Team at the Senior, Junior and Cadet levels, and has a Master's Degree in Physical Education and Olympic Sports from the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. Yuliya Muruhin has been involved in fencing for more than 20 years, is a former member of the Ukrainian Military Fencing Squad, and has a Degree in Sports Psychology from the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. Vil Nagimov has been involved in fencing for more than 35 years, is a former member of the Russian National Team, and received his Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports from the Uralsk State Academy of Physical Education of Russia. Andrej Raisch has been involved in fencing for almost 20 years, is a former German National Champion and a former member of the German National Team, competing at World Cups, European Championships and World Championships. Nastia Churkova has been involved in fencing for more than 30 years, is a former member of the Russian National Team, and has a Master’s degree as a fencing coach from Smolensk State Institute of Physical Culture. Lucia Procopio has been involved in fencing for over 15 years and holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Coaching and Leadership from Michigan State University. Wing Hei Chu (Ziv) is an accomplished foil coach with more than 20 years of experience in coaching, teaching, and athlete development, is a former member of the Hong Kong National Team, and is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

The club is an award-winning fencing club in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a United States Fencing Association President’s Award club recipient for consistently producing top fencers at the Cadet, Junior and Senior levels, as well as for World Cup and World Championships results and US World Team qualification. The club is home to National Champions, World Cup winners and medalists, World Champions and Olympians.
