About
Sunnyvale Wrestling Club offers a Youth Program for Grades K–8 with wrestling training groups called White, Gray, and Black. Athletes are placed by coaching staff based on age, size, experience, maturity, and skill level, and youth practices run Tuesday through Friday. The club also offers a High School Program for Grades 9–12, an Adult Program for Ages 18+, and Wrestling FUNdamentals camp sessions for K–8th Grade.
Programs
- Youth Program — Grades K–8 · Tuesday through Friday · $100 per month · Divided into White (Beginner), Gray (Intermediate), and Black (Advanced) training groups. Athletes are placed by coaching staff based on age, size, experience, maturity, and skill level.
- High School Program — Grades 9–12 · Designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming high school season with high-level technique and live training.
- Adult Program — Ages 18+ · Welcoming beginners, former wrestlers, and competitors alike for fitness, skill development, and community training.
- Wrestling FUNdamentals Camp — K–8th Grade · June 15–18, 2026; 8:30 AM doors open, 9:00 AM session 1 begins, 11:30 AM lunch break, 12:15 PM session 2 begins, 2:15 PM camp ends · $350 · Summer 2026 camp at Fremont High School. All skill levels welcome.
- Wrestling FUNdamentals Summer Camp — K-8 · June 15–18, 2026 · Camp featuring clinician Jeff Marsh at Fremont High School.

Registration and team communication are handled through WrestlingIQ, and youth program membership can be paused or cancelled on WrestlingIQ. The club hosted the SCVWA Firebird Open on April 25 at Fremont High School and asked for volunteer support from SWC families and community.
Athletes are assigned to practice groups by coaching staff based on age, size, experience, development, maturity, and skill level. Membership has no long-term contracts. Camp fee is $350 for a 4-day session. All skill levels welcome.
