About

Lifetime Activities – Sunnyvale Tennis & Activities Programs offers tennis lessons, youth tennis lessons, adult tennis lessons, private tennis lessons, and competition training. The program also offers youth activity camps, other camps, pickleball and pickleball lessons, birthday parties, private events, badminton, basketball, chess, table tennis, Pro-Shop services, and ball machine rentals.

• Schedule: Sunnyvale Tennis Center hours are Monday–Friday 8am–10pm and Saturday–Sunday 8am–8pm.

The program takes place at the Sunnyvale Municipal Tennis Center, which has 16 tennis courts and an on-site tennis pro-shop that is open seven days a week. The Sunnyvale Tennis Pro-Shop offers the latest Head products, Pro-Penn tennis balls, tennis accessories, racquet stringing, ball machine rentals, and more.

Lifetime Activities operates at six Bay Area locations and has offered programs for more than 30 years. In 2023, Lifetime Activities celebrates its 30th year in tennis management, and more than 15,000 students have learned, played, and improved through its award-winning programs over that time. Lifetime Activities is a service provider growing tennis and activities in communities throughout California and specializes in creating shared playing opportunities for people of all ages, abilities, and interest levels. Through racquet sports and other activities, the organization states that it strives to provide positive experiences that foster lifelong wellness, enjoyment, and skill development in every community it serves.

Founder and CEO Dana Gill is a former collegiate and touring player and an Elite USPTA certified pro. The leadership team also includes Chief Operating Officer Isabella Feinberg; Director of Operations – Michael Scadden (Sunnyvale); Managing Director – Ali Khadem (Cupertino); Managing Director – Oliver Leopold (Santa Clara); Director of Operations – Betsy Kemp (San Francisco); and Managing Director – Jeff Forbes (Walnut Creek).

Over the last 30 years, more than 15,000 students have participated in Lifetime Activities’ programs, which have received multiple recognitions. CEO Dana Gill was inducted into the USTA Hall of Fame, was ranked #1 in the world ITF seniors, and participated in the 2017 World Team and Individual Championships as a member of the US National Tennis Team. The Goldman Tennis Center, operated by Lifetime Activities, won the 2023 USTA Featured Facility of the Year Award, and the organization has received the 2023 USPTA NorCal Pro and Associate Pro of the Year honors.
