Artistic Dance Academy

Artistic Dance Academy offers dance lessons that include Musical Theater classes. The program is part of Temecula’s dance community and invites dancers who are interested in the artistry or the fun of dance.

• Schedule: Class options Monday through Thursday from 3:30 to 9 p.m., and Friday from 4 to 6 p.m.

At Artistic Dance Academy, the stated mission is that dance is an expression of emotions and that each student who shares this passion is warmly welcomed. The program notes that instructors get to know each student, focus on discovering strengths and areas for growth, and emphasize dance technique to build a solid foundation. The instructors are described as guiding dancers in a warm, supportive way and creating long-term relationships. The program highlights that families are joining a community that is excited to see dancers each week and that there is a home for dancers who are just starting out or ready to perform on stage. For Musical Theater classes, the dress code requires hair to be pulled up and any fitted dance wear. For shoes, Level 1 Broadway students wear low tan heels, and Level 2 and up students wear split sole T-strap tan shoes. To participate in a Musical Theater class, dancers must also be enrolled in a Jazz or Ballet class. The program notes that it is proudly serving Murrieta, Temecula, Winchester, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Hemet, and Fallbrook.
